The Simplest Advice I Can Give

If you're just starting out or you've been stuck for months overthinking everything, here's my advice: just do 100 workouts.

Don't optimise. Don't program hop. Don't debate push/pull/legs vs upper/lower. Just show up 100 times.

Why 100

At workout 1, everything is new. You're figuring out exercises, feeling awkward, wondering if you're doing it right.

At workout 30, you start to feel comfortable. The movements feel natural.

At workout 50, you notice changes. Clothes fit different. You feel stronger.

At workout 100, you're a different person. Physically and mentally.

What Happens Along the Way

You learn what works for your body without reading a single article about it. You build the habit so deep that skipping feels wrong. You develop real strength that no program on paper could have given you.

Most of the guys I work with who struggled for years had one thing in common. They'd do 10-15 workouts, switch programs, take a week off, restart. They never got past the learning phase.

The Rules

1. Any workout counts. Gym, park, hotel room, bodyweight at home.

2. Write a tally. Somewhere visible. Watch the number grow.

3. Don't skip two days in a row.

4. 30 minutes minimum per session.

Stop Making It Complicated

The fitness industry sells complexity because simple doesn't make money. But simple is what actually works.

Get to 100 workouts. Then we can talk about optimising. Until then, just show up.
